1. Introduction & Nature of the Application
Aryatripm ("we", "us", "our", or "the Application") is an independent personal productivity and workspace application developed and operated as a personal project by Arya Majiah. It is not an enterprise, commercial entity, or legal corporation.
We respect your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy details what information we collect, how it is processed on our self-hosted infrastructure, and your rights regarding your data. By using Aryatripm, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
A. Account Information
When you register, we collect basic credentials including your username, email address, and a securely hashed password. Profile information such as your display name or avatar image is collected when you choose to provide it.
B. Financial & Transaction Data
Aryatripm offers transaction recording and budgeting tools. Data is collected exclusively through the following user-initiated methods:
- Email Forwarding: When you forward transaction receipts to your dedicated forwarding address (
mail+<apiKey>@aryatripm.com), our self-hosted mail server receives and parses the email body to extract transaction dates, amounts, merchants, and categories. - Bank Statement Bulk Upload: Files (such as CSV, Excel, or PDF) uploaded manually by you to import transaction histories.
- Manual Creation: Transaction details, recurring expense rules, wallets, and custom categories created manually within the dashboard.
C. User Content & Uploaded Media
We store text and files you create or upload, including personal notes, blog articles, portfolio showcase elements, and media assets. In addition, when using the Worship PowerPoint Generator tool, inputted song lyrics and scripture references are processed to produce downloadable presentation files (.pptx).
D. Roles & Application Preferences
We store role assignments, menu permissions, and UI customization settings (such as pinned modules) to deliver personalized dashboard access.
3. How We Use Your Information
- •To authenticate users, manage secure sessions, and control role-based access.
- •To parse incoming transaction emails, bulk bank statements, and display budgeting insights and financial summaries on your dashboard.
- •To store, edit, and render your notes, blog posts, and portfolio content.
- •To generate presentation files for church worship activities as requested.
- •To maintain server performance, conduct audit logging, and safeguard system security.
4. Infrastructure & Third-Party Services
Aryatripm is built with a focus on self-hosted control:
Self-Hosted Ingestion & Storage
Email forwarding, transaction parsing, database operations, and file storage are handled directly on our self-hosted server environment. We do not transmit your forwarded emails to third-party automated SaaS parsers.
No Google OAuth / Gmail API Access
The Application does not request or hold Google OAuth tokens, nor does it directly access or scan your private Gmail mailbox. Transaction ingestion relies solely on emails you explicitly forward to your unique forwarding alias.
No Third-Party Ad Networks or Data Brokers
We never sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your personal or financial data to third-party advertising networks, marketing platforms, or data brokers.
5. Data Storage & Security Notice
All data, uploaded files, and databases are hosted on our dedicated self-hosted server. Web communications between your client browser and the server are encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
Important Notice on Storage at Rest
Uploaded files and stored database entries are protected through system-level access controls, firewalls, and authentication guards. However, files and data are currently stored without full encryption at rest. Users are advised not to upload or store highly sensitive identification numbers, banking passwords, PINs, or confidential government documents.
6. Data Retention & Soft Delete Policy
Aryatripm employs a soft delete architecture:
- •User Deletion: When you delete a transaction, note, category, or file from the user interface, the item is flagged as deleted and immediately excluded from your active dashboard views, calculations, and summaries.
- •Database & Backup Retention: Soft-deleted records may temporarily remain in the underlying database and automated server backups for operational recovery, audit logging, and integrity verification, after which they are periodically purged.
- •Permanent Account Removal: To request a complete and permanent erasure of your account and all associated records, please email the developer directly at majiaharya@gmail.com.
7. Cookies & Local Storage
Aryatripm uses only strictly necessary first-party cookies and local client storage to operate:
Authentication Cookies (accessToken & refreshToken)
First-party, secure, and HTTP-only cookies used exclusively to verify your identity and maintain active login sessions. These cookies cannot be accessed by client-side scripts.
Local Storage (Theme Preference)
Client-side local storage is used solely to store your display mode preference (Light or Dark theme).
We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Your Rights
In alignment with applicable data protection principles (including the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law / UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 - UU PDP), you have the right to:
- •Access and view the personal and transaction data recorded under your account.
- •Correct, update, or edit inaccurate transactions, notes, or profile information.
- •Request soft-deletion or permanent removal of your account and personal data.
- •Revoke forwarding aliases or discontinue use of the service at any time.
9. Children's Privacy
Aryatripm is not directed toward children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please notify us, and we will take immediate steps to delete such data.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect modifications to application features, server infrastructure, or relevant legal guidelines. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" timestamp.
