1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Aryatripm ("the Application", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must not use or access the Application.
2. Nature of the Service (Personal Project)
Aryatripm is developed and maintained as an independent personal project by Arya Majiah for personal productivity, transaction management, and content organization. It is not operated by a registered commercial entity, partnership, or corporate institution.
The Application is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis for individual productivity purposes without service-level agreements (SLAs) or guarantees of continuous uptime.
3. Financial & Advisory Disclaimer
Not a Financial or Professional Advisory Service
Aryatripm is solely an automated personal bookkeeping, expense tracking, and organizational tool. Aryatripm is not a bank, certified financial planner (CFP), investment advisor, licensed accountant, or payment service provider.
Verification of Parsed Data: The transaction data recorded through email forwarding (mail+<apiKey>@aryatripm.com), bulk bank statement uploads, or manual input relies on automated text extraction algorithms. Automated parsers may occasionally misinterpret merchant names, categories, or currency amounts. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all recorded transactions and financial summaries. The developer assumes no responsibility or liability for financial decisions, tax filings, or budgeting outcomes made based on the data displayed in the Application.
4. User Accounts & Security
Account Registration & Age Requirements
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Application. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Credential Confidentiality
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. You agree to immediately notify the developer of any unauthorized access or security compromise of your account.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Aryatripm only for lawful purposes. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- •Abusing, spamming, or flooding the email forwarding system (
mail+*@aryatripm.com) with non-receipt spam, oversized payloads, or automated bot scripts. - •Uploading malicious files, trojans, viruses, or corrupted archives to the file and asset storage.
- •Attempting to bypass authentication guards, probe server vulnerabilities, or access data belonging to other users.
- •Using the Application to store or disseminate illegal, defamatory, hateful, or infringing materials.
6. User-Generated Content & Media Uploads
You retain complete intellectual property ownership over all content you create, submit, or upload to the Application, including personal notes, blog articles, portfolio showcase data, and media assets.
By uploading content, you grant the Application a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to host, store, process, display, and transmit your data as strictly necessary to operate the platform and provide its services to you. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to the materials you upload and that they do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property.
7. Worship PowerPoint Generator Disclaimer
The Worship PowerPoint Generator module is provided as an open formatting utility for church and community worship leaders. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any song lyrics, hymns, or scripture passages formatted using this utility comply with relevant copyright laws, CCLI licensing, or public domain guidelines in their respective territories.
8. Data Deletion & Soft Delete Mechanism
When you delete records within the Application (including transactions, notes, or files), they are processed through a soft delete mechanism: the records are hidden from your active user interfaces and calculations. For complete and permanent deletion of your account and related database records, please submit a written request to majiaharya@gmail.com.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Aryatripm is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. The developer expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.
The developer does not warrant that the functions contained in the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected immediately, or that the servers hosting the Application are free from unexpected server hardware or network disruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer (Arya Majiah) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or financial discrepancies arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, Aryatripm.
11. Modification of Service & Terms
As a personal project, the developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Application at any time with or without prior notice. These Terms & Conditions may be revised periodically. Continued use of the Application following any posted revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith, amicable direct communication between the parties.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
